Our Story
Established in 2026 right here in Groton, CT, we set out to do one thing: craft the perfect scoop. We are from an ice cream family long known for ice cream down the coastal boardwalks all the way down to Florida.
We are also submarine veteran and Filipino who have tasted ice cream from around the world and want to bring quality ingredients from around the world combined with premium dairy from the Northeast ensuring quality in each scoop & swirl.
Our Style of Ice Cream
Every batch of Hardpack ice cream is handcrafted in-house in small batches to ensure rich flavor and a perfectly creamy texture.
Our SoftServe is certainly what our family is known for, but we do tend to be the black sheep as we will rotate and keep it interesting. We do traditional and trendy to keep things interesting.
What do we mean by more?
Beyond just ice cream, our shop offers hot food, desserts, merchandise, and a space for family gatherings.
You can create your own ice cream on the spot or come in for an ice cream making class and take home your created flavor. Stop by, grab a flight of ice cream, try fun flavors, and taste the difference that passion and local ingredients make!
